SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are calculated at checkout and listed below:

• 4.99€ for orders in Portugal below 100€.
• 8.89€ for orders in Portugal Islands below 150€.
• 7.49€ for orders in Spain below 150€.
• 15.66€ for orders in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Czech Republic below 150€.
• 16.62€ for orders in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Norway, Poland, Sweden below 150€.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Duties & Taxes calculated at checkout. HEMERA is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Hemera will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances. UK CUSTOM DUTIES Note that UK orders over £130 will be subject to customs duties for approx 30% over the purchase value according to the new UK customs policies. You will get an e-mail from HEMERA support team with additional information. If you don't reply to the email, mind that Hemera will proceed with the shipping. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Send your return request by email to contact@hemera-shop.com
Attach the purchase invoice and describe the reason for the return.
We will analyze the situation and respond as soon as possible.
After analyzing the situation we will schedule the shipment and keep you informed.

Please note that international customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through HEMERA. Additional shipping costs may be incurred in returns and exchanges.

Under European law, the seller is obliged to replace, replace or refund in full or in part any item you have purchased if it turns out to be faulty or does not look or function as advertised. You are always entitled to a guarantee of at least two years, free of charge. However, your country's legislation may give you additional protection.

You can return any product purchased within 14 days without justification (see 14-day cooling-off period). Generally, after the 14-day period, you can only request a full or partial refund if it is not possible to repair or replace the product in question. It is important to note that you may not be entitled to a refund when it is an insignificant problem.

Attach the purchase invoice and describe the reason for the exchange.
Inform which items are to be exchanged, bear in mind that they may have the same or higher value as the item/s being returned, the price difference must be paid by bank transfer.
We will analyze the situation and respond as soon as possible.

Note: The exchange process can take between 3-7 business days and the refund process up to 20 business days (in the months of November, December, January, July and August, these deadlines may change up to 30 business days for exchanges and 40 business days useful for refunds).
